Round 4 - 2015 Victorian Club Rally Series

The Robert Cooper Motors Nissan Nightmoves 2015 is round 4 of the Victorian Club Rally Series. This is perhaps the most hotly contested series in the state.  There will be stiff competition in all the competitor grades as well as vehicle classes.

The event will be run in one division, at night, totaling approximately 170 km competitive. The competitive kilometers of event will be 50% route charted / 50% mapped sections.

The START, FINISH and SERVICE of the event are at the Rushworth Sports & Recreation Ground, Coyle Street Rushworth.
The first car is scheduled to leave the start at 18:00 and subsequent cars at two minute intervals, the same interval being maintained at the start of all competitive sections.  

There is one spectator point which cars will pass through twice over the course of the night.  Service crews are welcome to spectate. Cars approach a hard left hand turn from a forest track before blasting up a wide main dirt road. The road to the spectator point is via 7.5 km of main bitumen and dirt roads. It will not be possible to watch your car at the spectator point and perform a refuel as the time and distance between the two points is too great.  The finish of Competitive 1 and 5 and the start of Competitive 2 and 6 are close to the refuel point.

We will be firing up the BBQ after the event and cooking up some mean sausages.

If you are competing or you come up to spectate make sure you bring some warm and weather proof clothing. At this stage no rain is forecast, but it is winter and we are in Victoria.
